Webinar Archive: From Pre-concept to Flourish: The KSU IR Experience
The Georgia Knowledge Repository, an initiative of GALILEO, celebrated Open Access Week (October 20-26) with “From Pre-concept to Flourish: The KSU IR Experience,” a presentation about Kennesaw State University’s open access journal project by Dr. David Evans, Dr. Jesse Benjamin, and Aajay Murphy.
Description: By the simple addition of Institutional Repository Services, Kennesaw State University’s Sturgis Library offers our scholarly community a platform to showcase their intellectual endeavors and to publish this content via open access to the world. At the heart of the KSU IR experience is the BEPress Platform that the library has used to foster new relationships and partnerships. By creating open access journals we have extended partner-ships with academic departments, individual faculty, the KSU Research Foundation, undergraduate organizations, and various regional associations.
